BREAKING NEWS - TOPSOCCER NAMES NEW DIRECTOR
After years of dedication to establishing and growing Owasso's TopSoccer program, we say "goodbye" to Director, Rhonda Kerr. Rhonda and her entire family have been tireless volunteers for his wonderful program. We can't thank Rhonda enough for the vision and desire it took to begin this program and her dedication to helping it grow into what it is today. We wish her all the best during her well deserved break.
Accepting the torch to continue the Kerr's work is Andrea Reutlinger. Andrea comes to us from Broken Arrow via Ponca City, Houston and most recently Bellingham, Washington. Returning closer to home, Andrea was anxious to get involved in the Owasso community and TopSoccer/Special Olympics has a special place in her heart. Andrea has a niece with special needs. In addition, Andrea's children were both involved in competitive soccer throughout their school years and she loves the game of soccer especially when she sees the joy it brings to the kids with special needs.
OWASSO TOPSOCCER 2008 STATE RUNNER UP
Owasso's TopSoccer Unified Soccer Team placed 2nd in this year's Oklahoma Special Olympics State Tournament! Competiting in the Master's Division, this year's team compiled a record of 1 win and 2 ties to take the title.
